GERMINATION
AN important steap in marijuana cultivation is germinating your seeds properly. Their are several differernt methods to seed germination. The method I am about to show you is one which yeilded many success stories
First, get a paper towel. Soak it in warm distilled water, then ring out all the excess water that you can. Soak the seeds in the same distiled water for a half hour. Lay the seeds spaced out on one half of the paper towel. fold the paper towel over the seeds. Place the seeds / paper towel on a plate. Place a bowl upside down over the setup to mantain moisture and reduce light. WIthen approximately 2 days you should see a crack. Your germination stage is then complete.

Never touch the seeds with your hands after you begin germinating, always use tweezers

Once germination is complete, always remember to place the seeds sprout down
SOIL
During the vegetative state, you should use Peters 20-20-20 fertilizer (1 teaspoon) salt (1/2 teaspoon). Some growers also like miricle grow and repaid grow fertilizer. During he flowering stage you should change the fertilizer to peters 10-20-10 or 5-50-17 fertilizer (1 teaspoon) + salt (1/2 teaspoon) + trace element food (1 teaspoon)
LOCATION
The MOST importent steap in cultivation marijuana, in my opinion, is choosing a good location. You should find an area of the house with moderate temperature. I recommend building or buying a closet about 2 feet wide and 4 feet tall. (for 5 plans) make that almost no unwanted light can enter.
TEMPERATURE
THroughout all stages, you should try and keep a steady temperature of approximately 65 degrees. If the temperature cooler then 50 degrees and the plant will not grow properally. If you allow the temperature the exceed 75 degrees, the plant will burn.
SEED SELECTION
Selecting seeds is pretty simple. Because your germination rate should be close to 100%, the amount of seeds you need should be about double the number of plants you want to grow. (you will disgard all the male plants). You can grow plants from any seeds that you may come accross in your bags, or you may purchase them over the internet.
LIGHTING
Good Lighting is a crutial part of marijuana cultivation. You should get two 4" flourescent light sets (5 plants) You should set them approximately 6 inches above the hight of the plant. The lighting should cost you no more then 20 dollars.

Beleive it or not, the plant GROWS. As the plant grows you must raise the lighting or your plants will burn...
WATERING
During the vegetative state, you need to water approximately twice daily. Once you reach the flowering stage, you need to only water once a day, right when the lights come on
CLONING
After about 2 months, you may choose to clone your plant. First, find a growth tip that is about 4 - 6 inches long and about 1/5 to 1/10 of an inch thick. Cut with a razorblade. Immediately place the bottom of the clone into a tub of water mixed with peters 20-20-20 fertilizer. Next, plant the clone about 1 inch deep and leave lamps on for 24 hours a day. In about 2 weeks roots will begin to grow. Return the plant to the growing area.
STAGES
Their are several major stages in marijuana growth. Germination, vegetation, flowering, and harvesting.
The germination stage lasts about 2 days, vegetation stage about 4 - 6 weeks, and flowering stage about 8 weeks.
During the vegetation stage, use peters 20-20-20 fertilizer. Make sure the humidity is about 90% and water about twice a day. YOu keep the plants lit 24 hours a day.
During the flowering stage, you must reduce the lighting from 24 hours a day to 12 hours a day. You should begin the flowering stage when your plant is approximately 12 inches tall or taller. Reduce the humidy by watering only once a day; when the light is turned on. In this stage you will find femal plants with pollon and white hairs, and male plants with without pollon. DISGARD THE MALE PLANTS!!! If you don't your whole setup may go to ruens.
When 80% of the white hairs in the female plant change colors, it is about time to harvest. Hang the buds upside down in a well ventilated place for about 2 weeks. Be careful not to harvest to late or too soon. If you are harvesting and you beleiv it may be too soon, take it from the middle of the plant first. Let the rest grow to it maximum potential.
PLANT SELECTION
Once in the flowering stage, you will begin to notice that some plants have white lines and pollon. Thoes are the female plants. Keep them. The rest, the males, you must eliminate. If you don't, they will destroy the rest of your crops.
